Jakarta - The Sheraton Media Hotel & Towers, Jakarta has recently hosted its monthly associates gathering at the premises. Approximately 200 associates from various departments, management and representatives from the owning company attended the event.

The gathering was filled with a welcome speech by Executive Assistant Manager Algamar Idris, awards presentation, movement & promotion recognition, Hotel Performance Review as well as Guests Satisfaction Index (GSI) achievement and Hotel Promotional Updates followed by singing competition, lucky draws, entertainments and Birthday Celebration for associates celebrates their birthday in the month of May.

Asih and Husna from the Acropolis Spa & Fitness have been named as Star of Outstanding Cares for Business, while Alfan Sugiro from Food & Beverage Service has been awarded as Star of Outstanding cares for Guests. From the Front Office department, Haka Basuni has been elected as Star of Outstanding Cares of Associates for helping his colleague during a tough time. As winners of Star of Outstanding Cares for Honesty Award, the hotel mentioned Yarmanto, Erna and Harjito of Housekeeping Department, Eddy Purnomo from Banquet Department as well as Usep Rohandi from Engineering Department for their honesty to return guests' belongings left to the owners.

The management also awarded Sales, Marketing, Revenue and Ecommerce department as the winner of "Team Excellence Award" for their outstanding performance and teamwork in planning, managing and execution of the annual event "StarChoice Gathering" successfully held recently in the premises.
