For main courses, Herinova has prepared four inventive mango-based menus to choose, such as Grilled Crab mixed with Ripe Mango and Vermicelli Noodle in Claypot, Stir Fried Green Mussel mixed with Sweet & Sour Ripe Mango, Baked Chicken in Red Mango Curry, and Grilled Prawn with Mango Sauce. The culinary journey does not stop here as guests may have happy ending experience with Aisa Krim Mamuang Kao Tord or Fried Ripe Mango Ice Cream.
