Fatahillah Museum

Fatahillah Museum occupies 1,300 sm2, comprising a building and a yard or park in front of the building called Taman Fatahillah. The yard used to be a placed for executing revels and criminals by the Dutch colonial leaders. From the inside of the museum, visitors can learn the long history of Jakarta from the displays of archeological evidences, encrypted stones and other historical objects.

An old cannon named Si Jagur on the front yard becomes the “trade mark” of the museum, the most favourite spot for taking pictures for the visitors.
