Tamagoma Sansho Gyukamameshi contains Japanese Steamed rice, Beef & Boiled egg; It’s gonna bring you to the next level of legitimacy of Japanese dishes itself. Kamameshi is a traditional Japanese rice dish cooked in an iron pot with various types of meat, seafood, and vegetables (as seen on our KADO legendary menu). By cooking it in an iron pot, the rice gets slightly burned at the bottom which adds a desirable flavor to the rice.
